At Zenvira, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in good condition and as described.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product ordered.
To request a return, customers must contact us at soportezenvira@gmail.com, including their order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the product may be requested to help us assess the situation.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for a return.
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied due to an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, Zenvira will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
